The SPC gravity 3 It is a tablet for the entry range made in Spain, which comes from a brand with which we are already familiar after evaluating the SPC Gravity Octa core. As we have already said, this model is focused on the economic range, and its specifications reflect this well, but even so, it is a product that is worth considering if you are in the market for a tablet with these characteristics.

In this sense, the SPC GRAVITY 3 offers a 10.35-inch HD screen, a QuadCore Allwinner A133 chip, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage, a 6,000mAh battery that ensures up to 7 hours of use. Unlike the SPC Gravity Octacore, it lacks 4G connectivity but is a much more recent product. With that said, it’s time to dig into what it has to offer.

This is the SPC GRAVITY 3

The SPC GRAVITY 3 may be a low-end tablet, but that doesn’t mean it looks like one, as it has a rather sleek finish with a metal frame and a spacious screen protected by Crystal Pure Glass. The back cover outlines an extremely minimalist design where the manufacturer’s logo and a rear camera with LED flash can hardly be seen.

SPC GRAVITY 3 - Design

Speaking of the screen, it is based on IPS technology and offers us a 10.35-inch diagonalwhich translates into a 16:10 aspect ratio and HD resolution of 1,332 x 800 pixels. The image is sharp and the viewing angles are acceptable, but it’s quite susceptible to smearing without a protector. The consolation is that it offers extra resistance to scratches and marks. However, the thickness of the bezels immediately reminds us of the category to which this product belongs.

That said, the tablet body has some size dimensions 245 x 160 x 9 mm and weighs about 500 gramsso it’s relatively bulky, but not overly so, and by the standards of a tablet this size it’s not heavy either.

SPC GRAVITY 3 - Screen

Interestingly, this tablet can afford to incorporate dual speakers at the bottom to provide stereo sound, although many users agree that its quality leaves much to be desired.

hardware and features

In terms of hardware, the SPC GRAVITY 3 is powered by the QuadCore chip Allwinner A133, which is made up of four Cortex A53 cores in the company of a PowerVR GE8300 GPU. This combination is backed by at least 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, and we say at least since there is a variant with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storageand the latter is the one we will be taking as a reference.

With that said, if we need space, we can always add an SD card of up to 512GB, the maximum supported by this device.

SPC GRAVITY 3 - Features

Putting the performance offered by the SPC GRAVITY 3 into context, we can say that it is suitable for general use despite the low power of the processor. In this sense, it has no problems with day-to-day applications and tasks, for recreational use it works very well and can handle one or another light game with ease; It is great for browsing the Internet, visiting social networks and consuming multimedia content for long periods of time, because as we will see below, it offers respectable autonomy.

Returning to the previous idea, a 6,000mAh battery powers this devicepromising a duration of minimum 7 hours with continuous use, enough to watch 3 movies in a row or a season of your favorite series. Said battery is charged via USB-C, but it is not a very fast process.

SPC GRAVITY 3 - Performance

In another order of ideas, the operating system on duty is Android 11which at the time of publishing this note is not the most recent, but neither is it old enough to detract from it.

Regarding the photographic section of the tablet, there is little or nothing to say, in general, tablets forget this aspect almost completely and the GRAVITY 3 is no exception. Going into details, it has a 5MP rear camera with LED flash and a 2MP front cameraboth with poor quality not worth talking about, but that was to be expected in this price range.

On the wireless front this tablet only has Wi-Fi 4 to connect to the Internet and Bluetooth 4.0 to pair with other devices. Unfortunately, this model lacks 4G connectivity, which would have added value to the proposal, but there are other models in the same series that do have this feature.

SPC GRAVITY 3 - Features

When it comes to physical interfaces, we have to report that the tablet has a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer, which is also compatible with OTG. It also has a Micro-SD slot for memory cards and a 3.5mm jack audio port for headphones or speakers.

Availability and price of the SPC GRAVITY 3
