Realme has used its exponential growth to diversify and expand its presence to other markets and product types, leading to the creation of DIZO, a brand dedicated to wearables, IoT devices and the smart home. This sub-brand launched not long ago a new smart watch known as Dizo Watch S , who will be the protagonist of this entry.
DIZO Watch S
Going into details, the Dizo Watch S comes with a 1.57-inch rectangular screen with a resolution of 200 x 320 pixels . It exhibits a brightness of 550 nits and has more than 150 watch faces available, thus allowing for customization. Speaking of customization, the watch comes in 3 color options: Classic Black, Silver Blue, and Rose Gold.
The watch receives IP68 certification , making it waterproof and suitable for use in the shower or in the rain, but not necessarily for swimming.
Its functions are focused on well-being and daily health monitoring, which is why it includes a heart rate sensor in the company of a blood oxygen SpO2 monitor . Its proposal highlights the function of women’s health, in other words, monitor the menstrual cycle.
When it comes to sports, the Dizo Watch S does not disappoint; On the contrary, it is impressive that for its reasonable price it includes 110 sports and exercise modes, among which we can mention cycling, walking, running, elliptical realme-gt-2-pro-previews-its-innovations-before-its-premiere/">machine and soccer.
Finally, it should be noted that it is powered by a 200mAh battery that, according to the manufacturer, can offer 10 days of moderate use.
Availability and price
We must warn that we do not yet have official information about a launch in other markets beyond India ; where it goes on sale on April 26 for a price of 1,999 rupees, which in exchange would be 24 euros . Given Realme’s track record we wouldn’t be surprised if it ends up coming to Europe in the coming months, but we can’t vouch for that just yet.
