News from China. As we already told you a few weeks ago, Huawei sold Honor, her sub-brand focused on a young audience that gave her so many joys a couple of years ago and that now has to fly alone. And we already have the first smartphone of this new stage: a Honor View 40 that boasts large size and hardware that does not lack any detail.
Features of the Honor View 40
The Honor View 40 features a 6.72 inch OLED screen, with 2,676 x 1,236 px resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate. It is a smartphone that can measure up to play, in addition to accompanying you in your day to day in the entertainment and productivity section.
Inside we find a processor Mediatek Dimensity 1000+, 8GB RAM and two possibilities of internal memory: 128GB or 256GB, to the user’s taste. We find the section on autonomy very remarkable, with 4,000 mAh and fast charging of 66W wired or 50W wirelessly.
If what matters most to you about a smartphone is its camera, the Honor View 40 will not be among the top smartphones of 2021, but it does save the furniture well in the mid-high range. It offers, on the back, 50 MP + 8 MP + 2 MP, while on the front it stays at 16 MP.
The rest of its specifications are completed with connectivity 5G, NFC, under-screen reader and stereo speakers, among the highlights.
Availability and price of the first Honor smartphone in 2021
Its arrival in the Chinese market is already confirmed, but we have no news about when or how it will land in the Spanish market. Its price in its country of origin is 450 euros for the 128 GB version or 500 euros for the 256GB version. It will arrive in blue, black and rose gold.
